John is responsible for client acquisition and retention for Everest Research Institute worldwide. In addition to driving sales strategy and execution within the Institute, John plays a pivotal role in coordinating with the other businesses within Everest to ensure clients receive the best possible solution to their needs.
Prior to joining Everest, John spent 12 years at Gartner in a variety of key Global Sales, Marketing and Training roles. Prior to Gartner, he was at Xerox, where, as a member of the Sales Training organization he was part of the team behind the award winning XDU-Net, of one the earliest corporate technology based distance learning endeavors.
John holds a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and an M.A. in Education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University.
