Eric Simonson

Managing Principal

Eric is responsible for delivering actionable sourcing-related analysis and insight to senior management. Eric has extensive experience in developing sourcing strategies, including multi-process outsourcing initiatives; assessing offshore delivery models; and designing and implementing governance organizations for outsourcing relationships.

He was previously a consultant with Everest Group, where he has led engagements assisting clients in developing their ITO and BPO sourcing strategies, structuring and negotiating outsourcing contracts, and enhancing the effectiveness of governance efforts. Before joining Everest, Eric was a consultant with McKinsey & Company for eight years. He holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
