Saurabh Gupta, Research Director, is leading the Institute’s research related to F&A Outsourcing (“FAO”) and Procurement Outsourcing (“PO”), which is focused on providing the industry with a deep and fact-based perspective on outsourcing of F&A and procurement processes. He utilizes his strong analytical background and international research experience to create intellectual property and insights into outsourcing trends, implications and industry best practices. He is a published author in leading FAO publications, and is a frequent speaker on the subject. He has played a pivotal role in developing the Institute’s syndicated research in the space including reports and whitepapers on offshoring of F&A services, unlocking the potential of PO, geographic and industry adoption trends in FAO, technology choices in PO, technology innovation in FAO, global FAO supplier landscape, and the FAO and PO annual reports.

Prior to joining Everest Research Institute, Saurabh worked with Infosys Technologies, where he provided techno-functional consulting to several global clients in manufacturing, retail, and financial services. He holds an MBA from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Bombay, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from University of Delhi.
