Jimit Arora, Research Director, is a key contributor to the Institute’s Supplier Intelligence practice, which is focused on conducting in-depth research and providing insights on suppliers of outsourcing services.  From his research and interviews, he predicts current and emerging trends in supplier sourcing offerings and global delivery capabilities.  Jimit leverages his knowledge to create intellectual property for the Supplier Intelligence group and to assist with supplier evaluations and workshops.  He also maintains an extensive network of supplier relationships with suppliers in India and other key offshore destinations. Jimit is also a key contributor to the offshore BPO research practice and he has made significant contributions to the syndicated research in the space of the Indian BPO landscape, HRO and FAO.

Prior to joining the Everest Research Institute, Jimit was working as an Implementation Associate at GlobeOp Financial Services, a hedge fund administration company, where he managed a hedge fund implementation team. Prior to that, Jimit has also provided business development support to a Detroit-based IT start-up. He holds a Masters in Management Studies and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honors) from BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science), Pilani.
