Shyan Mukerjee is a Senior Research Analyst in Everest’s Global Sourcing practice. Shyan is responsible for analyzing emerging trends in the global sourcing industry and developing insights on offshore locations. As a part of his location advisory/optimization experience, Shyan has supported multiple strategic initiatives of country associations/ investment agencies and assisted global companies with location decisions. Shyan is a regional expert on Africa and has helped several countries grow their offshore services industry. His global services experience includes assisting buyers with decision aids/frameworks on global sourcing portfolio design and work placement, benchmarking of captives and sourcing landscape of competitors, thought leadership research on multi-supplier portfolios, etc., and supporting investment firms in their M&A efforts.

Before joining Everest, Shyan worked with the Boston Consulting Group where he supported Financial Services clients on large-scale transformation projects and advised on business and operations strategy. Prior to that, he worked at Infosys inits banking product division. Shyan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India.
