Everest Research Institute Appoints Business Process Outsourcing Expert Katrina Menzigian as VP, Research

Research Executive Joins Industry-Leading Team of Global Sourcing Analysts

DALLAS, TX, June 5, 2007 – Everest Research Institute, a division of Everest Group, announced Katrina Menzigian has joined the firm as Vice President, Research. Menzigian joins Everest’s global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) research team to meet the growing demands of the expanding BPO marketplace. Menzigian will focus her efforts leading teams covering Finance & Accounting and Procurement BPO services.

“Katrina has a keen understanding of global BPO issues and dynamics, as well as an extensive network of industry influencers, that will be tremendous assets to the Institute as we continually expand and enhance our research agenda,” said Eric Simonson, Managing Principal, Everest Research Institute. “As BPO continues to experience strong growth and an increasing number of clients come to recognize its potential, Katrina’s appointment is indicative of the Institute’s priority for delivering in-depth BPO research and insights clients need to keep pace with this ever-changing marketplace.”

Menzigian brings more than 12 years of research, consulting and writing experience across a broad range of industries to Everest Research Institute. Formerly a Program Vice President for IDC Research, she was responsible for various portfolios of syndicated research and custom consulting services covering a broad range of IT and business services markets with a special focus on BPO services. Prior to her eight-year career with IDC, Menzigian held research and consulting roles at GLOBALnet, American University of Armenia and the Edward R. Murrow Center for International Communications. She holds a master of arts in international affairs from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University in Boston. Menzigian earned a bachelor of arts from the University of California at Berkeley.
