Offshore Divide: Debating the value of third-party outsourcing and offshore captives

This one-hour complimentary webinar will discuss competing viewpoints based upon recent research on the role of offshore captives and how they compare to a third-party outsourcing model. A recent Everest survey of companies utilizing offshore captives reveals that most captives are meeting cost and service level expectations. However, additional Everest research has demonstrated that captives are typically 5-15% more expensive than third-party outsourcing from a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) perspective.

This webinar will explain the findings of both research efforts and provide insight on how the value propositions for offshore captives and third-parties share common characteristics but also fundamental differences.
