South Africa's Department of Trade and Industry will host the Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring (BPO&O) National Policy Conference.
The conference aims to:
- review the current BPO&O Policy
- receive feedback from the BPO&O industry on the DTI's strategy for BPO&O
- create a networking platform for BPO&O investors
- create public awareness about the growing BPO&O industry in South Africa.
